Why I created
Rediscover Her...

Gina
I have personally experienced the loss of what I thought would be forever—twice. Both times, the ending of those relationships cracked open questions I didn’t know how to answer: Who am I when the “we” is gone? Can I still trust love? Will joy ever feel safe again?

I walked through grief, identity confusion, shame, and eventually—slowly—rediscovery. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, and also one of the most transformative.

I created Rediscover Her because I never want another woman to feel she must walk that path alone.

This is not about “fixing” you—you are not broken. It’s about remembering you, reclaiming your voice, and stepping into the next chapter with kindness toward yourself and hope for what’s possible. It’s the group I wish I’d had: a safe, supportive circle of women who understand, who listen, and who celebrate every small (and big) step forward together.
I created this group so other women don’t have to navigate that terrain in isolation. It’s the kind of space I longed for during my own seasons of unraveling—a kind, trauma-informed circle where you can show up exactly as you are, be witnessed with compassion, and gently begin to rediscover the strength, joy, and purpose that have always lived inside you.
Rediscover Her is an 8-week coaching program just for women!
