SOCIOECONOMIC ELIGIBILITY SLIDING FEE QUIZ

We want to make trauma-informed therapy and mental health coaching accessible to as many people as possible. One way we do this in a private pay practice is to consider socioeconomic inequity factors such as race, family size, and trauma in addition to income levels.

Our fee schedule has 4 tier levels:

• Tier 1: $150/therapy session (above 400% Federal Poverty Level, no equity adjustment). Or, $100/coaching session.

• Tier 2: $100/therapy session (200–400% FPL, or equity/trauma adjustment). Or, $70/coaching session.

• Tier 3: $50/therapy session (100–200% FPL, or significant equity/trauma factors). Or, $40/coaching session.

• Tier 4: $0–$25/therapy or coaching session (below 100% FPL, or high equity/trauma priority).

While taking this quiz is optional, if you would like to be considered for Tier 2-Tier 4, this is required to qualify. There may be a waiting list at any of these tier levels based on appointment availability.

NOTE: The most appropriate service level will be decided during the initial phone consultation. There are sliding fees available for group therapy and group coaching with corresponding fee schedules published at the time of group announcement or enrollment.  There MAY be sliding fees available for consultations and training, which will be developed/assessed during the initial consultation appointment.
