Hi there, I'm Gina!

NICE TO MEET YOU

I’m Gina Casner, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania, working toward full licensure under supervision from a master’s-level therapist and a PhD psychologist. My diverse background spans mental health and coaching, including family preservation, domestic violence support, suicide prevention, inpatient psychiatric care, and group practice counseling. I’ve completed extensive training in trauma, chronic suicidality, and helping clients live fulfilling lives. I am dedicated to supporting first responders and all clients through trauma-informed care, helping all those I work with to find post-traumatic growth.

You’re a unique, wonderfully made individual, and your path to healing or growth should be too.

My eclectic approach blends Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Theory, and Narrative Reconstruction with mindfulness, somatic therapy, and empowerment, tailored to your unique needs—whether in individual or group telehealth therapy (PA residents) or life coaching (global) for ages 14 and up. Whether seeking telehealth therapy for trauma and anxiety or life coaching to level up your mindset, you’ll find a warm welcome at Mindful Connections LLC.

Ready to begin? Book your telehealth therapy or coaching session through my secure portal.

When I’m not helping clients here at Mindful Connections LLC, I enjoy sharing time with my husband and two fur babies, Ginger and Zelda. My favorite pastimes include reading, writing, meditating, faith, kayaking, and being a lover of life.

Gina Casner

Mindful Connections

Mindful Connections' name was chosen with intention. In a world where we are theoretically more connected than ever, many of us feel less connected than ever before. Feeling grounded and interconnected begins with us being more connected to ourselves-emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In doing this, we then become more mindful of the relationship connections that we foster and develop, leading to a more authentic life and self.

Vision

We envision a community where every individual feels connected to their inner strength, supported in their unique journey toward hope and harmony, free from barriers to accessible mental health care, and inspired to thrive holistically in Pennsylvania and beyond.

Mission

Mindful Connections LLC is dedicated to empowering teens and adults through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy (for Pennsylvania residents) and holistic coaching (available worldwide), nurturing emotional resilience, physical vitality, and spiritual purpose to foster healing, growth, and lasting well-being in a safe, inclusive space.
