Accepted Insurance Plans
We are currently in the process of becoming paneled with major insurance plans. As we are paneled, the list below will be updated to reflect those plans that we are paneled to accept. IF you do not yet see your insurance plan listed, you have two options to initiate services with us.
Option 1: Complete the Sliding Fee Quiz to see what tier you would qualify for private pay.
Option 2: Private pay session fee. We will provide you with a Super Bill that you can then directly submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. (Note: Reimbursement rates vary based on insurance company and your individual plan details).

Accepted Insurance Plans
The list below will be updated as we become paneled with various insurance plans.
Medicare
We now accept straight Medicare (red, white, and blue card) as of July 1, 2026. However, if you have a Medicare Advantage plan, we are not yet in network.
Highmark
We do not yet accept Highmark. Our application is in process. Once we are approved we will accept Commercial PPO plans.
Capital Blue Cross
We do not yet accept Capital Blue Cross. Our application is in process. Once we are approved we will accept Commercial PPO and Medicare PPO plans.
Aetna
We are now paneled with Aetna. We will accept Commercial PPO, EAP, and Medicare Advantage/Supplemental plans.
Humana
We do not yet accept Humana. Our application is in process. Once we are approved we will accept Medicare Humana PPO plans.
United Healthcare
We do not yet accept United Healthcare. Our application is in process. Once we are approved we will accept United Healthcare PPO plans.
Tricare
We do not yet accept Tricare. Our application is in process. Once we are approved we will accept Tricare PPO plans.
Cigna
We do not yet accept Cigna. Our application is in process. Once we are approved, we will accept Commercial PPO and Medicare PPO plans.
